The Virgin Islands High School Certificate Programme is designed for persons over the age of 18 to complete their secondary education. Registration forms can be collected and submitted at the Ministry of Education located on the third floor of the Ward's Building in Road Town.
Process
Step 1: : Application Form for VIHCP can be picked up at The Ward’s Building, 3rd Floor.
Step 2: Completed application is submitted in person or emailed to the Examinations Unit at VIHCP@vischools.edu.vg

This form must be submitted with a passport size photo.
