Public Officers, ladies and gentlemen, let me have a few minutes of your time to briefly speak about the plans for the transformation of the Public Service.

Premier's 2018 New Year’s Message
Fellow Virgin Islanders, residents and friends, as we enter 2018, I wish you all a happy and healthy New Year. With the turn of this new year, let us all continue in our resolve to work together to support the rebuilding of our Territory.
The year 2017 will always be remembered as a year that our Territory faced its most significant challenge in modern history.

I was saddened to learn of the passing of The Honourable Omar Wallace Hodge who served his beloved BVI for over thirty (30) years, six (6) of which he served as Minister for Natural Resources and Labour.

In 2017 the Virgin Islands experienced so much pain that ranges from the devastation of two category five hurricanes, to many floods, to the loss of many of our love ones, to the struggles of rebuilding and for most of us, the stress from having to startlife all over again.
