The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instrument No. 17 Imposition of a Curfew (No.4) Order, 2021 is now available on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.  The Instrument was published in an extraordinary issue of the Gazette No. 18 dated 24^th February, 2021.

The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instrument No. 12 Imposition of a Curfew (No.3) Order, 2020 is now available on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.

His Excellency, the Acting Governor Mr. David Archer, Jr. chaired the Meeting held on 7th January, 2021, in the absence of Governor August Jaspert, who was overseas on official leave.

The Cabinet of the Virgin Islands acknowledges the interruption of the publicising of Cabinet decisions in 2020. However, the Cabinet remains committed to good governance principles of transparency and accountability.

The Cabinet of the Virgin Islands has made the decision to extend the current lay-off period for employees to 28 February 2021.

The public is advised of the Imposition of Curfew (No. 41) Order, 2020 which came into effect on December 31, 2020. The imposed curfew is between the hours of 2:01 a.m. to 4:59 a.m. daily until January 14.
