Staff members at the Ministry of Health and Social Development are pictured wearing blue to show support for the observation of Child Abuse Prevention and Awareness Month. This month marks the 20th Anniversary of the observation of the month in the Virgin Islands. The meaning behind wearing blue comes from a grandmother from Virginia who lost her grandson to child abuse and neglect.
