The establishment of District Councils was approved by the Cabinet of the Virgin Islands on 5th April to ensure the development of communities in the Virgin Islands.
The public is notified that the application process for the Registration, Apprenticeship, Training, Employment Development (RATED) programme, will be re-opened on Thursday, April 20 2023.
Eligible persons can access application forms from the Government of the Virgin Island’s official website or at the Premier’s Office.

Premier and Minister of Finance, Dr. the Honourable Natalio Wheatley has said that the people of the Virgin Islands are at the heart of the National Sustainable Development Plan that is to be launched next week.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Labour has continued work on The Long Bay, Beef Island Beach Management Plan since it was initially introduced to the public for feedback earlier this year.
