I take this time to re-emphasize to the people of the Virgin Islands that your Government remains concerned by the loss of life, physical and mental trauma, and other acts of violence being seen in the conflict between Ukraine and Russia, and which is engaging global attention. We continue to pray for the safety and well being of all who are affected.

The Government of the Virgin Islands is inviting the public to the Consumer Protection Act Consultation Meetings.

My fellow Virgin Islanders; this is a wonderful moment not only for the Government led by Premier Honourable Andrew Fahie, but for the people of the Virgin Islands who for years have pleaded for Consumer Protection legislation.

Ms. Alexandra Durante of Pearls VI has been awarded the 2015 Business of the Year and Most Innovative Business of the Year.

The Government of the Virgin Islands has finalised the three part Youth Entrepreneurship Workshop Series as it remains focused on expanding youth entrepreneurship in the Territory. 

Representatives of approximately 25 Business Service Organisations (BSOs) in the British Virgin Islands, Anguilla, St. Barths, St. Maarten, St. Eustatius and Saba are attending a two-day Train-the-Trainer Proposal Writing Workshop being hosted in the Territory from November 9 to 10.
