Magistrate’s Court Adjourned On June 8 For General Elections

The Magistrate’s Court is hereby informing the public that all court cases scheduled for June 8 at all locations will be administratively adjourned to facilitate the holding of General Elections.

Magistrate Court Matters For February 25 Have Been Rescheduled

The Magistrate’s Court is informing the public that all court matters scheduled for Wednesday, February 25 will be heard before the Court on Thursday, February 26 at the John's Hole location. 

Persons who are scheduled to attend court on Wednesday February 25 are still required to present themselves before the courts on that same day to have their matters administratively adjourned and to sign the court's register.

The court’s offices will remain open on Wednesday and the public may access the cashier window from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Barry Leon Appointed Commercial Court Judge

The Judicial and Legal Services Commission of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court has approved the contractual appointment of Mr. Barry Leon as High Court Judge (Ag.), Commercial Division for a period of three years effective March 16, 2015.
