The public is notified that the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions will be closed on Friday, September, 1 to facilitate staff training, and will reopen on Monday, September 4.

Premier of the Virgin Islands, Dr. the Honourable Natalio D. Wheatley has strongly condemned recent acts of violence in the Territory, urging persons to turn away from criminality and imploring citizens to discourage loved ones from engaging in wrongdoing.

The public is advised that the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions will be offering remote services only from July 25 to 27 to facilitate the relocation of the office to the RG Hodge Plaza.

Tarik Aaron was convicted by Her Honour, Senior Magistrate Richards on the charge of Possession of a Controlled Drug with intent to Supply, which is a violation of section 7 (2) of the Drug (Prevention of Misuse) Act(Cap 178) ( as amended).
