As you are aware, Irma is predicted to impact the Territory as a Category 4 hurricane on Wednesday afternoon into the evening as the system moves across the BVI.

His Excellency the Governor Augustus Jaspert in consultation with Premier, Dr. the Honourable D. Orlando Smith, OBE and the Director of the Department of Disaster Management has activated the National Emergency Operations Centre (NEOC).
