The public is notified that the Long Bay, Beef Island Beach Management Plan community meetings have been postponed.

The Government of the Virgin Islands has successfully negotiated to make lands available for the separation of the Bregado Flax Educational Centre primary and secondary division.

The public is reminded that only land claim applications for Anegada that have been vetted and advanced as recommendations by the Anegada Advisory Lands Committee (AALC) for land allocations will be honoured by the Ministry of Natural Resources, Labour and Immigration.

The public is notified that effective December 31, the Ministry of Natural Resources, Labour and Immigration will no longer accept the old application form for Non-Belonger Land Holding Licences.

The public is notified that the Land Holding Licence forms for Non-Belongers have been updated and can be accessed on the banner carousel of the Government’s website. Persons can locate the forms by clicking the banner that says “Non-Belongers Land Holding Licence”.

The public is notified that the Beach Use Policy Community Meeting that was scheduled to be held on Anegada today at 1:00 p.m. has been postponed. Information on the new date for the meeting will be forthcoming in the near future.
