The public is reminded that the upcoming Pubic Holiday, Whit Monday, will be observed on Monday, 20th May, 2024.

His Excellency the Governor, Mr. Daniel Pruce, has proclaimed that Friday, June 14 be kept as the Soverign’s Birthday in 2024. 

The public is advised of the upcoming public holidays for the remainder of the year, and the beginning of 2024.

The British Virgin Islands Ports Authority (BVIPA) would like to inform the public of the following holiday schedule for the offices and warehouses and extended hours for cargo clearance on Tortola and Virgin Gorda.

Today, we are commemorating Heroes and Fore Parents Day and the 80th Anniversary of Secondary Education in the Virgin Islands, and we are also remembering and recognizing the contributions of 38 of our stalwart educators who are over 80 years old.
