The Department of Labour and Workforce Development is moving to a fully digital work permit renewal system and is asking employers to register on the Labour Management System (LMS) by October 31.
The Department of Labour and Workforce Development is encouraging employers to submit work permit applications at least 10 days prior to the commencement of work during the upcoming Virgin Islands Emancipation Festival.
The public is notified that effective immediately, the acceptance of new applications for work permit exemptions by Minister's discretion is temporarily suspended.
