The public is advised that all food establishments including catering services are to remain closed with the exception of supermarkets, minimarts and bakeries.

Owners of restaurants and food establishments are reminded to remain closed until September 2 in accordance with the Curfew Act, 2017, Imposition of a Curfew (No.28) Order, 2020. Failure to comply will result in penalties.

The Imposition of a Curfew (No.28) Order, 2020 is to control, suppress and prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the British Virgin Islands.
