Minister for Transportation, Works and Utilities, Honourable Kye Rymer and the Managing Directors of Autland Heavy Equipment Limited are featured on May 7 as they signed contracts for works to begin on the construction of new reservoirs, retaining walls and metering at Zion Hill and Carrot Bay.  

This project will be implemented by the Ministry of Transportation, Works and Utilities with support from the RDA. It is fully funded by the Government of the Virgin Islands through the Caribbean Development Bank Recovery and Rehabilitation Loan.
