Parents and guardians of Grade 6 students attending private schools are notified that the Elmore Stoutt High School administrators will be conducting registration for the 2018 to 2019 school year on June 26, from 1:30 to 4:00 p.m.

The following information is required in order to complete the registration process:

1.  A copy of the child’s birth certificate;
2. If the child was not born in the VI, a copy of one of the following documents is required as proof of status:

• Belongers Card

• Naturalization Certificate
• VI passport
• Passport from their country of birth

3.  A copy of NHI card
4. One recent passport size picture

A brief presentation will be shown and all parents and students are kindly ask to be present and on time
