Jenesis Studios Fruit and Herbal Garden brings the themes of health and well-being, and terrestrial biodiversity together in a unique way. Mr. Reuben Vanterpool, Owner and Managing Director of Jenesis Studios said that the Fruit and Herbal Garden showcases the plants, herbs, and fruits that were used in medical remedies, as well as food and beverages most commonly used from the post-emancipation period to the mid-twentieth century.

After this period, Virgin Islanders increasingly adopted a Western diet and lifestyle.

Which of these medicinal plants can you identify?
