The 250 ton Chiller Unit has arrived to the Central Administration Complex and is expected to be installed today.

The Government of the Virgin Islands signed a contract with Pro Coating Treatment, Inc., earlier this year for a temporary air conditioning unit to replace one of the two existing units that have been out of service. This unit will be commissioned for three months after which the permanent unit from Trane Puerto Rico, Inc. will be installed in July, as contracted.

Both temporary and permanent units are expected to aid in keeping the air quality of the building to standard and provide a more reliable cooling system
