The public is notified that the Office of the Complaints Commissioner will open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Persons are encouraged to make an appointment via complaints@gov.vg or by calling 468-5123.

Persons who wish to lodge complaints are advised to email the office at complaints@gov.vg with the basics, along with a contact number for follow up by an officer to collect detailed information.

The complaint form can be downloaded from the office’s website at www.ombudsman.vg and submitted to complaints@gov.vg.
