As we live and work with COVID-19 the operations of the Public Service will continue. 

The public is notified that to better serve its clients safely, the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions will be providing most of its services remotely from July 28. The Chambers will remain open to accept documents from 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. daily.  

All case conferences and in-person meeting or inquires remain suspended and will continue to be done through remote engagement. 

When possible, disclosure, correspondence and service of documents will be done electronically.  Correspondence to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions must be submitted electronically to dpp@gov.vg or dajames@gov.vg.  Persons serving documents must remain at the security desk on the ground floor.

As we continue to live and work with COVID-19, the Public Service will continue to adapt and transform to serve you.
