Pinwheels are spinning on the dual-carriageway in Road Town Tortola for this year’s Child Abuse Prevention and Awareness Month. The pinwheel is an adopted symbol that represents all types of abuse which are sexual, physical verbal and neglect which is the leading type of abuse reported in the Virgin Islands.
