The mailbox is designed to answer the question, ‘How did I serve you?’  It was created as a medium to allow our clients to offer feedback on the service Public Officers provide allowing Management the opportunity to identify Officers’ strengths and areas of concern that require attention.  It provides a source of transparency and accountability In the area of customer service as the Public Service transforms to attain ‘Public Service Excellence’.
