The public is reminded that it is an offence to relocate traffic signs such as cones and road signs from where they are positioned on the Territory’s roads.

The Road Traffic Act (Cap.218) Section 5 (7) states that ‘Any person who shall injure, deface, remove or in any manner interfere with any traffic sign lawfully placed or erected on any road shall be guilty of an offence under this act.’
