The public is notified that road works will begin today, Wednesday, September 4 in the vicinity of the Ebenezer Thomas Primary School, in Sea Cow’s Bay, Tortola.
The Ministry of Communications and Works has commenced comprehensive road works in Sea Cows Bay as part of an ongoing infrastructural development program.
Motorists are asked to avoid blocking the entrance to the parking lot of the Office of the House of Assembly at any time. The office is located opposite the B&F Medical Centre in Road Town. The public’s cooperation is solicited.
The public is advised that the Fahie Hill road is currently undergoing construction, and will be closed until 5:00 p.m. today, Wednesday, July 24 near the Watch House. After reopening, the road will be reduced to a single lane until Wednesday, July 31.
The public and motorist are advised that a portion of Station Avenue Road in the area between the Road Town Police Station and the Sugar Works Museum will be closed on Monday, July 1 from Noon to Midnight.
The public and motorist are advised that a portion of Long Look Road in the vicinity of the Long Look Methodist Church to the Stickit will be temporarily closed on Sunday, June 30 from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The public is notified that a portion of North Road, Virgin Gorda in the vicinity of the entrance to Lee Road will be temporarily interrupted on Sunday, June 30 from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. to facilitate an event.
The public is advised that a portion of Station Avenue Road in the area between the Sugar Works Museum and the Traffic Lights by the Red Cross will be closed on Thursday, June 20 from 9:30 a.m. to noon.
The public and motorists are notified that the East End Road on Jost Van Dyke will be temporarily interrupted from Monday, June 17 with intermittent closures for approximately four weeks.
The Public Works Department will be conducting (intermittent) road maintenance works in Road Town on Monday, June 10 from 7:00 p.m. to Tuesday, June 11 at 2:00 p.m.
