The public is notified that the road between Paraquita Bay and Long Swamp will be closed on Monday, January 23 to facilitate the continuation of the East End National Sewerage Project.

Motorists driving to and from East End are being advised to take alternate routes on the Ridge Road. Persons driving to East End beyond Paraquita Bay should utilise the Ridge Road accessed through Fort Hill road near Qwomar Trading. Persons driving to town from East End should utilise the Ridge Road accessed through the Little Dix Hill road near the East End Police Station.

Provision will be made for residents living in between the closed area.

The Ministry of Communications and Works apologises for the inconvenience caused during this time.
