The Government of the Virgin Islands received a donation of touch thermometers to aid in the enhancement of screening efforts, particularly in the sister islands in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The thermometers were anonymously donated and were received by Minister for Natural Resources, Labour and Immigration and Ninth District Representative, Honourable Vincent Wheatley; Minister for Health and Social Development, Honourable Carvin Malone, Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Irad Potter; Director of Primary Healthcare Services, Dr. Natasha Frett and Chief Medical Officer of the BVI Health Services Authority, Dr. Ronald Georges.
