The Virgin Islands Shipping Registry continued its educational outreach efforts on marine safety with visits to the Anegada community. The team conducted one of its series on Marine Community Safety at the Emile Dunlop Community Centre.  They interacted with the students of the Claudia Creque Primary and Secondary Educational Centre and engaged with 63 students and 14 teachers.  The meeting included a demonstration on marine safety equipment and a presentation on the registration process for the community. The meeting was part of the department’s outreach programme to sensitise all communities on the role and services provided, along with the importance of maritime safety. (Photo Credit: Provided)
