The public is advised that the Water and Sewerage Department (WSD) will be operating from its new customer service and billing system from Monday, February 7. Customers may experience longer waiting times for the next two (2) weeks as the staff continues to work in this new regular for the residents of the Virgin Islands.

The business hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Cashier hours are 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
