Premier and Minister of Finance Honourable Andrew Fahie has said that Former Chief Minister, the late Hamilton Lavity Stoutt had a courageous spirit, a quality displayed in everything in which he was involved.
Residents are invited to participate in the 24th Annual Celebration and 19th Wreath Laying Ceremony to pay homage to the Territory’s first Chief Minister, the late Honourable H. Lavity Stoutt.
