A total of 40 young persons have received awards and scholarships since the creation of the Virgin Islands Emerging Fellows (VIEF) grant in April 2012.

Parents and guardians of all public and private school students are informed that the Elmore Stoutt High School will be opening registrations for those students who did not complete the pre-registration process.
