Persons and businesses who made applications to the Magistrate’s Court to renew liquor licences for the December 3 sitting are notified that they can now make their payments at the Inland Revenue Department. 

The Labour Department is reminding business owners that work permit applications submitted in the month of December must be accompanied by copies of the requisite 2019 Trade Licences.

The public is notified that all liquor licence applications are to be submitted to the Town and Country Planning Department no later than November 22.

The public is advised that the Licensing Magistrate will hold a Special Session of the Magistrate’s Court at John’s Hole on Monday, December 3 at 10:00 a.m. 

An amendment to the Vehicles and Road Traffic (Traffic Signs) legislation is now in effect.

The public is advised that the special sitting of the Magistrate’s Court on Friday, 1^st June at 10:00 a.m. for the purpose of hearing and determining applications for liquor licences, will be held at the House of Assembly chambers.

Business persons who are seeking liquor licences for bars, and restaurants with bars are asked to submit applications early with the necessary requirements fulfilled ahead of the June deadline. 

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on the sister islands will now benefit from scheduled trade inspections.
