The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instrument Nos. 43 Imposition of a Curfew (No.12) Order, 2020 is now available for public information on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/. 

Commencing May 1, persons in the Territory will see an increase in the fees for Apostilles and Notarial Acts.

The Office of the Deputy Governor is advising the relevant businesses of its operating hours for apostilles services beginning Monday, April 27.

The Cabinet of the Virgin Islands has approved the following businesses to operate during the phased re-opening on Monday, April 27 as the Territory’s economy reboots internally.

Residents of the Virgin Islands are being urged to adapt to the ‘new regular’ as the restricted and gradual internal reopening of the BVI continues in light of COVID-19.

​Residents of the Virgin Islands are now encouraged to wear masks in addition to implementing other measures such as social distancing and hand washing.

The public is reminded that all the Territory’s beaches will remain closed. 

Residents can traverse locally via ferry and clear their packages at Port Purcell starting on Monday, April 27.
