The public is notified that the General Post Office located in the Maduro Building in Road Town is temporarily closed today Tuesday, August 11.

The public is advised that the BVI Post will be closed from Saturday, March 28 to Wednesday, April1. The purpose of the closure is to adhere to the mandatory curfew implemented by the Government of the Virgin Islands.

The BVI Post joined countries around the world in observing World Post Day on Wednesday, October 9.

The public is notified that the General Post Office located in the Maduro Building in Road Town is closed for the remainder of the day.

The public is notified that effective immediately, the BVI Post can no longer accept bottles or batteries in packages destined to the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe. 

Postmaster General Pascha Stoutt has said that the restoration of mailbox services throughout the Territory remains one of the top priorities of the BVI Post.
