Residents are invited to participate in the 25th annual celebration to pay homage to the Territory’s first Chief Minister, the late Honourable H. Lavity Stoutt on March 2.

The event is being hosted by the Government of the Virgin Islands in collaboration with the H. Lavity Stoutt Commemorative Committee and will be observed under the theme “The Journey Continues…”

The day’s celebration will be held at the Eileene L. Parsons Auditorium and will begin at 10:30 a.m.  All are encouraged to attend.
