Karelynne Jimenez takes top place in art competition while Aiden Thompson had the top poetry submission as part of the Environmental Health Division’s Caribbean Mosquito Awareness competition.

Residents of the Virgin Islands are being urged to take action against mosquito-borne diseases as the Territory observes Caribbean Mosquito Awareness Week from May 12 to16.

The Environmental Health Division will be hosting an in person Food Handlers Training Course on Tuesday May 20 at 5:00 p.m. at the Elmore Stoutt High School Lecture Room.  

The Environmental Health Division has launched a poetry and art competition as it prepares to observe Caribbean Mosquito Awareness Week 2025.

The Environmental Health Division will be hosting two Food Handlers Training sessions for the month of April. 

In recognition of World Water Day, Seven Seas Water Group (SSWG) proudly awarded the winners of the Prize for Water Science, the highest-scoring water science projects at the recently held National Science Fair.

The Environmental Health Division will join the global community in raising awareness and encouraging action for World Water Day on Saturday March 22.

On Wednesday, 26th February, the Environmental Health Division, at the request of the Ministry of Communications and Works, conducted a comprehensive assessment of the visible white plume observed from the Norwegian Epic. 

The Environmental Health Division will be hosting an in person Food Handlers Training Course on Tuesday February 25 at 4:45 p.m. at the Elmore Stoutt High School Lecture Room.
