By now many of you would have seen and read the statement issued by His Excellency the Governor yesterday regarding the detainment of the Honourable Premier in Miami, Florida on Thursday 28^th April, 2022.

The Water and Sewerage Department, Baughers Bay, Tortola, will be temporarily closed on Friday, April 29 to facilitate the relocation of the administrative section of the department.

Experienced professional surveyor Mrs. Keisha Holder-Lopez has been appointed as Chief Surveyor.

The Civil Registry and Passport Office will be closed for in-person business on Friday, April 22 to facilitate the department's annual learning and development programme.

Mrs. Michelle A. Venzen McLean has been appointed Labour Commissioner in the Department of Labour and Workforce Development effective January 11.
