Residents and businesses of East End and Long Look are notified that the public water service is temporarily interrupted today, Friday, August 26.

The Waste Water Treatment Plant in Cane Garden Bay, said to be a ‘World Class’ project, was commissioned at a ceremony last week. 

It gives me great pleasure this morning to be here today in this Cane Garden Bay community for the official commissioning of the new State-Of-The-Art Waste Water Treatment Plant.

Residents and businesses along the Blackburn Highway from Baugher’s Bay to Fish Bay are advised that the public water service has been restored.

Residents and businesses along the Blackburn Highway from Baughers Bay to Fish Bay are notified that the public water service has been temporarily interrupted on today, Thursday, July 7.

The public is advised that the intersection of Fleming Street and Fishlock Road will be temporarily closed on tonight Wednesday, July 6 from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Thursday, July 7. 

The public is advised that the scheduled road closure of the intersection of Fleming Street and Fishlock Road for today, has been changed to Tuesday, July 5 at 7:00 p.m.

The public is advised that the intersection of Fleming Street and Fishlock Road will be temporarily closed on Sunday, July 3 and Monday, July 4 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily. 

The public is advised that the works on the Road Town Sewerage Improvement Project will begin on July 3. 

The Government of the Virgin Islands is inviting tenders from contractors licenced and domiciled in the Virgin Islands for the construction of inspection chamber, wet wells and procurement and installation of pumps and mechanical components for the Long Swamp Pump Station, East End/Long Look Sewerage Project, Long Swamp, Tortola.
