The Department of Facilities Management (DFM) is committed “to professionally provide maintenance, custodial and security services by ensuring that government-owned and leased facilities are safe, clean and well maintained; and provide courier and chauffeur services to efficiently manage government’s mail and transportation services in accordance with government policies and procedures.”

  • Treat our employees with respect and due consideration

  • Refer to our Dress Code Policy.

  • Ensure that you have a valid ID card upon each visitation

  • Always sign-in the visitor’s book at each Security desk when you visit

  • Park only in the designated parking spaces 

  • Seek permission to visit Ministries/Departments and to utilize grounds

  •  Refrain from littering and vandalizing the premises

  • Thoroughly complete the service or supplies requisition application forms

  • Adhere to all emergency signs and protocols

  • Provide feedback and comments on the services we provide
